A typical class has a very detailed description of the recipe and history of the dish. Each class includes a tour of the sprawling 15 acre farm, where nearly 14 years of history has been documented on their nationwide show. Some classes will take place in the kitchen where they produce the show, and some will be outside, weather permitting. It lasts about three hours, and no one leaves hungry.
