FLANK STEAK OR FLAT IRON STEAK MARINADE


Flank Steak or Flat Iron Steak

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1/2 cup soy sauce 1 tablespoons peanut sauce

Dash of red pepper flakes

3 cloves of garlic 1 teaspoon fresh, grated ginger

1-2 tablespoons white wine

Mix together marinade and place in zip top bag with meat. Marinate for 6+ hours. Remove and sear on grill for about 10 minutes, until desired doneness. Let rest for a few minutes before slicing against the grain.
