1 cup mushrooms, chopped 1/4 cup onion, chopped

1/2 pound of sweet Italian sausage 4 eggs Salt and pepper to taste 1 cup shredded cheese 1/2 cup of yogurt 1 1/2 cup of cottage cheese 1/8 cup flour Pie crust

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown sausage in skillet and sauté mushrooms and onions in separate pan. Add both to mixing bowl and add remaining ingredients. Stir. Pour into pie crust and bake for 1 hour. Let cool and enjoy.
