Flank steak, bite-sized pieces
3 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 teaspoon sesame oil 1 tablespoon honey 1 teaspoon dry sherry 1/2 tablespoon corn starch
Mix together ingredients and let sit/marinate for 30 minutes.
Oil 2 garlic cloves, chopped 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, chopped
Red pepper flakes Red pepper, sliced thin Broccoli 1/4 onion, sliced thin Sesame seeds
Heat oil in wok or skillet. Add garlic cloves when hot, cook 1-2 minutes and remove. Add in ginger and marinated beef. Stir to cook. Season with red pepper flakes. When meat is seared on outside, stir in vegetables and cook until soft. Top with sesame seeds and serve over rice.
