Hoagies, Pig Pens, Green Living Fair and Weisenberger Mills (Episode #102)

Join Tim as we grill up some eye of round roast to make some delicious hoagies and build a pig pen as he prepares to raise his own pigs. We stop by the Kentucky Green Living Fair and visit Weisenberger Mill to learn about their 100 year old process that is still being used today.

Seafood and Sheep (Episode #103)

It's all about Seafood! Grab all of your favorite seafood and create your own Low-Country Boil with Tim and Nicki. Broil some Asian-Glazed salmon for a snack and stir up some Crab Pasta Salad with Nicki for the side. Take a tour around Tim's land as he gets some information about raising sheep on his property, and end the night with some jokes from The Moron Brothers.

"Help You Grow Your Garden Good" (Episode #104) 

It's gardening time! Tim meets with Matt Ellis from woods equipment company to discuss some helpful tools for his garden. He gets things started by planting some potatoes and cabbages with Bobby Joe. Then head to the kitchen with Eileen for two different lamb recipes.  Your mouth will be watering.

Mushrooms, Soup Beans and Cranberry Punch (Episode #105) 

We're off to the Mushroom Festival in Irvine, Kentucky to cook up some tasty mushroom recipes and learn about growing mushrooms. Then we start the fire with some Cowboy Campfire Cooking as Tim whips up some delicious soup beans and end the night with Kentucky Cocktail Time as we mix together some non-alcoholic cranberry punch.

Curing and Cold Smoking Bacon the Old Fashioned Way

Tim learns all about how to cure and cold smoke a pork belly to make some of the most delicious bacon with his friend Jay Caskey.
